Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping
- We ship throughout the United Arab Emirates.
- Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on the product and delivery location.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders within the UAE.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the delivery address.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (if available).
Order Changes & Cancellation
- Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.
- Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain items, such as personal care products or customized products, may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
